What is the Monster Truck Family Tour?

The Monster Truck Family Tour is a family-friendly, fun-filled, monster-sized show for all ages.

Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event at the gate?

Yes, however ticket prices are increased day of the event and only sold while supplies last. The ONLY way to guarantee entry into the event is to purchase tickets online in advance.

Does my child age 2 or younger need a ticket?

Children ages 2 and younger that will be sitting in an adult’s lap DO NOT need an admission ticket to the event. Children ages 2 and younger do need a ticket in order to enjoy the Monster Truck Ride Experience though.

Are tickets refundable?

Ticket sales are 100% refundable, but only if you select the Purchase Protection option at checkout. A refund will only be granted for a qualifying circumstance, with a full list of what is and what is not considered a qualifying circumstance listed here: [https://www.purchaseprotection.com/whats-covered/]. Purchase Protection cannot be added onto your order later, it must be purchased at the time of your original checkout. If you do not select Purchase Protection, all of your purchases are non-refundable.

Do I need to print out my tickets or can I show them on my phone?

Tickets may be printed or shown on a mobile device at the show. When you arrive at the show, you must exchange your ticket for an event wristband.

Is there a fee for parking?

No, we do not charge a fee for parking at any of our events.

I’m purchasing the VIP Experience. Do I need to purchase anything else?

No, the VIP Experience is all-inclusive and includes the Pre-Show Track Party, Monster Truck Ride Experience, exclusive event poster, free hotdog and small drink, designated seating area, and admission to the event for the date selected. The VIP Experience must be purchased by your entire group; you cannot purchase VIP only for your children and not for the adults in your party.

What happens to the event if it rains?

The event is rain or shine. In the rare event of severe weather (such as a tornado warning, heavy lightning activity, or other Acts of God), we will notify ticket holders via e-mail of event schedule changes.

What is the Pre-Show Track Party?

The Pre-Show Track Party takes place before the main event and is your chance to get up-close and personal with the 12,000-lb. monster trucks, meet the drivers, and ride in a monster truck at the Monster Truck Ride Experience. This party is free to all ticketholders. The Monster Truck Ride Experience is an additional fee.

What is the Monster Truck Ride Experience?

Have you ever wanted to ride in a real, life-sized monster truck? This is your chance! The Monster Truck Ride Experience is your opportunity to take a once-in-a-lifetime ride in the Freedom Rider Monster Truck. We do suggest that children under the age of seven have a parent ride with them for the child’s safety and comfort.

Tickets for this experience are included in the VIP Experience; are available for purchase to any guest online before the event; and are also available for purchase to any guest during the event (while supplies last).

The Monster Truck Ride Experience will be open during the Pre-Show Track Party as well as after the main event.

Is there food available at the event?

Yes, there will be food concession stands onsite for the duration of the event. No outside food or drink is allowed, except for special circumstances such as infants with baby food/formula and attendees with special dietary restrictions.

How long does the event last?

The main event is approximately two hours long – which includes a brief intermission. The Pre-Show Track Party, which begins 90 minutes before the main event, is also available to all guests before the main event.

Is it assigned seating?

Seating is General Admission except for guests who have purchased VIP Experience ticket(s). The VIP Experience has its own designated seating area. All seating is first come, first served. We do suggest arriving early to enjoy the Pre-Show Track Party, stock up on the latest merchandise, and grab your favorite seat.

What happens if we are no longer able to attend the event after we have purchased tickets online?

You can sell your tickets and send the ticketing QR code over to the purchaser.

Can I smoke or vape at the event?

No smoking or vaping is allowed in the grandstand area or anywhere inside the Pre-Show Track Party arena. We do ask that if you need to smoke or vape, you do so in the designated area(s), at least 10 feet away from other attendees. No marijuana, CBD pens, or any other controlled substances are allowed on the property.

What can and can’t I bring to the event?

Please bring:

§  Strollers (we do ask that you park strollers in a secure location that does not block the view of the other attendees)

§  Sunscreen

§  Hats

§  Ear protectors (some will be available for purchase at the event, but feel free to bring your own)

§  Baby food or formula

Please do not bring:

§  Outside food or drink (except for baby food/formula or special dietary restrictions)

§  Noise makers, large signs, or anything that would be considered a nuisance to other attendees

§  Firearms or other weapons

§  Animals or pets of any kind (except for service animals with proper documentation)

Any additional information I should know about?

Your ticket grants you admission into the venue only. It does not guarantee you a seat in the grandstand area. Seating is first come-first served. Seating is bleacher-style and the ticketholder must be aware and accepts all risks involved in moving up and down bleacher-style seating. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless Purchase Protection is selected at the time of checkout and a qualifying circumstance occurs. In the rare case of an event cancellation, ticket holders will be able to receive a coupon voucher, worth their order total. This coupon will be good for use at all future Monster Truck Family Tour events. Loud noise, exhaust fumes, flying dirt, dust, mud, rock and/or small pieces of rubber or metal could become airborne during this event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to be aware of surroundings at all times. The ticket holder is aware of and accepts these risks by entering the facility.

Ticketholder voluntarily assumes every risk incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued. This includes risk of physical injury, illness and disease, disability, or death, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. Ticketholder agrees that the management, league, facility, participants, clubs, and all of their respective officers, agents, owners, directors, and employees are released by Ticketholder from claims arising from such causes. Ticketholder agrees to follow social distancing and sanitation guidelines and recommendations set forth by local, state, and federal entities at the time of the event.
